Refund Policy

Upon enrolling in a course with any educational institution a student is entering a legal agreement under common law, in which they agree to abide by the conditions of enrolment (including meeting stated payments), in exchange for the service offered by the institution in the delivery of the course.

Please note, changes in your circumstances are not the responsibility of Plant Based Academy and neither can Plant Based Academy be held liable for changes in your circumstances.

In a situation where a student wishes to cancel or change their enrolment, and as a measure of goodwill, Plant Based Academy will allow the following options. A student may take the equivalent course online or in person at a later date. Online training courses are NOT eligible for refund in any circumstances.

Whereas the academy understands that unforeseen circumstances may compel a student to withdraw from a course, students should understand that the academy makes decisions as to resource levels for a course (including teaching resources) based upon the number of students who register for it at the commencement of the course. 

Plant Based Academy accepts no obligation to refund any fee or part of any fee paid in respect of any programme or service provided by the academy.

Under no circumstances will the academy refund the deposit, or any part of the deposit paid in respect of a students’ registration for a programme, save in the event that the college is unable to run the course registered for.

Please note that Plant Based Academy reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any course at any time. In the unlikely event of cancellation your deposit/fees will be refunded. Plant Based Academy also reserves the right to re-schedule the start dates of all courses.
