An Introduction into fermentation will softly ease you into a new world of microbes and show you step by step how to make incredible home made kombucha, kefir and sauerkraut. We also offer an advanced fermentation course where you can learn about cheese making, yogurt and miso. This workshop is held at Plant Based Academy, GreenDoor Organic Market Dublin 12 on Wednesdays from 6pm to 8pm. Fee for workshop is 150 Euro.
